‘Dimitra Apartments’ are located in Avliotes, on the north-western side of the island, in the area of San Stefanos, only 100 metres from the nearest beach.

St Stefanos (Avliotes) is an old fishing village from which it is possible to visit the nearby Diapontia Islands, a complex of three small beautiful islands, Erikousa, Mathraki and Othoni.

The surrounding landscape is one of its kind, due to its rich vegetation, yet untouched by the heavy flow of seasonal visitors to our island.  It is peaceful and tranquil here with lovely sandy beaches, an ideal choice for those seeking secluded, private locations surrounded by impressive and rare natural beauty. 

Following an enjoyable swim in the clear blue waters of the beach, which has been awarded with the ‘blue flag’, visitors may enjoy fresh fish and other traditional delicacies in the local tavernas situated near the seafront, returning refreshed, and fulfilled by the warmth of the sun and the stunning scenery.

There is a small port nearby.  It’s the closest point to the Diapontia Islands (Erikousa, Mathraki and Othoni) and there are daily trips for those who wish to explore them.

At a close distance from Avliotes, are the larger resorts of Acharavi and Sidari, with a large selection of shops bars and restaurants.  In the vicinity and well worth a visit during your stay are some of the best preserved, traditional Corfiot-style villages.
